Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Service govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Coacell (hereinafter "Company") and users in connection with the use of the Beyourpet service (hereinafter "Service").

Article 2 (Definitions)

• "Service" refers to the Beyourpet pet photo and video sharing SNS application provided by the Company.
• "User" refers to any person who agrees to these Terms and uses the Service.
• "Content" refers to all information including photos, videos, and text posted by users on the Service.

Article 3 (Effect and Changes)

These Terms take effect upon posting on the Service screen or notification to users by other means. The Company may amend these Terms as necessary, and amended Terms take effect 7 days after notice. For changes that are unfavorable to users, at least 30 days' advance notice will be provided. Users who do not agree to changes may discontinue use and delete their account.

Article 4 (Use of Service)

• The Service is available to users aged 14 and above.
• Users may register using a Google, Apple, or Toss account (Korean users only).
• One Beyourpet account is created per social login account (Google, Apple, or Toss).
• The Service is centered on pet-related content.

Article 5 (User Obligations)

Users must not engage in the following activities:

• Misuse of others' personal information or registration of false information
• Posting illegal content including obscene, violent, or hateful material
• Infringement of others' intellectual property rights
• Unauthorized posting of spam or advertising content
• Activities that interfere with the normal operation of the Service
• Posting content depicting or encouraging animal abuse

Article 6 (Content Rights)

Copyright in content posted by users belongs to the users. However, users grant the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use such content for service operation and the Company's own promotional purposes (e.g., app store listings, official social media). This license terminates when the user deletes the content or their account.

Article 6-1 (Photo and Video Content)

Users must comply with the following when uploading photos and videos to the Service:

• Copyright in uploaded photos and videos belongs to the user. Users may not post content that infringes on the copyright of others.
• When posting photos or videos that include other individuals, users are solely responsible for ensuring that the portrait rights of those individuals are not violated.
• Uploaded photos and videos are stored on Supabase Storage (Seoul region).
• Upon account deletion or content removal request, the relevant photos and videos will be immediately deleted.
• The Company may remove content that violates applicable laws or Article 5 (User Obligations) without prior notice.

Article 6-2 (Service Restrictions)

If a user violates Article 5 (User Obligations), the Company may take the following actions:

• Deletion or concealment of content
• Temporary suspension of service access
• Permanent termination of membership

Article 7 (Service Interruption)

The Service may be temporarily interrupted due to system maintenance, server failures, or force majeure. The Company is not liable for damages arising from such interruptions unless caused by intent or gross negligence.

Article 8 (Advertising)

The Service is provided free of charge and may include advertisements to maintain the Service. Users agree that advertisements may be displayed during use of the Service.

Article 9 (Account Termination)

Users may request account deletion at any time through the Settings menu in the Service. Upon deletion, all user personal data and content will be immediately and permanently removed.

Article 10 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes related to the Service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court as the court of first instance.

第1条（目的）

本規約は、Coacell（以下「当社」）が提供するBeyourpetサービス（以下「本サービス」）の利用に関して、当社とユーザー間の権利、義務および責任事項を規定することを目的とします。

第2条（定義）

• 「本サービス」とは、当社が提供するペット写真・動画共有SNSアプリケーション「Beyourpet」を指します。
• 「ユーザー」とは、本規約に同意し本サービスを利用する者を指します。
• 「コンテンツ」とは、ユーザーが本サービスに投稿した写真、動画、テキスト等の一切の情報を指します。

第3条（規約の効力および変更）

本規約は、サービス画面への掲載またはその他の方法によりユーザーに通知することで効力が生じます。当社は必要に応じて本規約を変更することができ、変更後の規約は通知後7日を経過した時点から効力が生じます。ただし、ユーザーに不利な変更の場合は、少なくとも30日前に告知します。変更に同意しないユーザーはサービスの利用を中止し、退会することができます。

第4条（サービスの利用）

• 本サービスは14歳以上のユーザーが利用できます。
• ユーザーはGoogle、AppleまたはToss（韓国ユーザー限定）アカウントで登録できます。
• 各ソーシャルログイン（Google、Apple、Toss）アカウントにつき、1つのBeyourpetアカウントが作成されます。
• 本サービスはペット関連コンテンツを中心に運営されます。

第5条（ユーザーの義務）

ユーザーは以下の行為を行ってはなりません。

• 他者の個人情報の盗用および虚偽情報の登録
• わいせつ、暴力、嫌悪等の違法なコンテンツの投稿
• 他者の知的財産権の侵害
• スパムや広告コンテンツの無断投稿
• 本サービスの正常な運営を妨害する行為
• 動物虐待またはそれを助長するコンテンツの投稿

第6条（コンテンツの権利）

ユーザーが投稿したコンテンツの著作権はユーザーに帰属します。ただし、ユーザーは当社がサービス運営および当社自身の宣伝目的（アプリストア掲載、公式SNS等）で当該コンテンツを無償で利用できるよう、非独占的ライセンスを当社に付与します。このライセンスは、ユーザーがコンテンツを削除または退会した時点で終了します。

第6条の1（写真・動画コンテンツ）

ユーザーが本サービスに写真・動画をアップロードする際は、以下の事項を遵守する必要があります。

• アップロードした写真・動画の著作権はユーザー本人に帰属します。他者の著作権を侵害するコンテンツを投稿することはできません。
• 他者の顔が含まれる写真・動画を投稿する場合、該当人物の肖像権を侵害しないようにすることはユーザー自身の責任となります。
• アップロードされた写真・動画はSupabase Storage（ソウルリージョン）に保存されます。
• 退会またはコンテンツ削除リクエスト時、該当の写真・動画は即時削除されます。
• 当社は、法令違反または第5条（ユーザーの義務）に違反するコンテンツを事前通知なく削除することができます。

第6条の2（利用制限）

ユーザーが第5条（ユーザーの義務）に違反した場合、当社は以下の措置を取ることができます。

• コンテンツの削除または非公開処理
• サービス利用の一時停止
• 会員資格の永久停止

第7条（サービスの中断）

本サービスは、システムメンテナンス、サーバー障害、不可抗力等により一時的に中断されることがあります。当社は故意または重大な過失がない限り、これによる損害について責任を負いません。

第8条（広告）

本サービスは無料で提供され、サービス維持のために広告が含まれることがあります。ユーザーはサービス利用時に広告が表示されることに同意します。

第9条（アカウントの解約）

ユーザーはいつでもサービス内の設定メニューから退会を申請できます。退会時、ユーザーのすべての個人情報およびコンテンツは即時削除され、復元することはできません。

第10条（準拠法および管轄）

本規約は大韓民国の法律に準拠し、本サービスに関する紛争はソウル中央地方裁判所を第一審の管轄裁判所とします。
